About LTAA
Having recognized the power of information and connections, the women of the first Leadership Texas class formed the Leadership Texas Alumnae Association (LTAA) in 1983. Since then, LTAA has become a vast network of some of the most influential and talented women throughout the state, fulfilling the Foundation’s goal of advancing leadership and legacy.
LTAA Programs
In addition to an annual directory, quarterly newsletters and regional events LTAA also sponsors a number of programs that build and strengthen the relationships formed through the Foundation and its programs.
Annual Event
The annual event, known as the Athenaeum, is a statewide event for LTAA members and all graduates of Leadership Texas and Power Pipeline. Its purpose is to provide an opportunity to increase leadership skills and personal development and to reconnect with the Leadership Texas alumnae.
Board Source Program
Through the Foundation’s network and other partnerships, Board Source helps Leadership Texas graduates position themselves to serve on corporate boards, governmental appointments to boards and commission and nonprofit boards.
Leadership Ladder
Leadership Texas provides women leaders with essential information, an awareness of ongoing changes and sharpened skills. Each program features prominent presenters who are recognized authorities in their fields.
