Devoted to the free and unrestricted access in accordance with the Texas Open Beaches Act. Information on membership, current laws, and how to get involved.

We are a group of Texans who are concerned about maintaining the rights of the people of our state to access our beaches. We use the term "our beaches" because by state law the right to access the beaches in this state, from the waterline up to the vegetation line, belongs to us, the people of the great state of Texas.
