At Permanent Cosmetic Clinic we use the highest Aseptic Standards to ensure your health. We follow strict Hospital Grade disinfection and Sterilization procedures as required by the Center of Disease Control, OSHA, and the Texas State Health Department. All instruments are individually packaged and sterilized. We provide a clean and safe facility.
Jo Anne Garcia is licensed and certified. She has 22-years experience in the Medical Field. She has worked as a Surgical Nurse for 12 years, 9 years as a Medical Transcriptionist, and 5 years in Permanent Cosmetics. Still keeps up with credentials. Also certified as a Micropigmentologist as well as certified in SofTap, eyelash perms and bodywrapping.
We provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. 90% of our clients fall asleep during their procedure.
We offer a FREE Consultation to our clients to discuss their beauty needs, complete with Medical History, before and after care instructions.
We offer a follow-up visit 30-60 days after your original procedure.
We block 2 ½ -3 hours for you. The procedure doesn’t take as long but we make sure that we take our time, and spend extra time to educate you on your after care instructions. Therefore, it is important to keep your appointment. If not, so that we may schedule someone else. 48-hour advance notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
