Buying a new home is probably the single most important investment you will ever make. Although the process is exciting it can quickly become an overwhelming experience. So many decisions!!! So many questions!!!! The home you select is probably based on size, style, location, school district, distance to work and lifestyle. You get brief guided tours of the home. But…..this is a big decision. As "your" professional licensed Real Estate Inspector I will examine the structure and its systems in a completely unbiased manner. The roof, foundation and load bearing walls. The siding, windows, doors, railings, patios and porches. The electrical system, plumbing system, air conditioning and heating system, water heater, appliances that are staying in the structure and more. Termites, wood boring beetles, and wood destroying organisms are also revealed whenever possible. This valuable information can save you costly surprises, reveal safety hazards and help you to understand how this particular structure operates. You are invited and encouraged to participate in the inspection with me.
