In addition to providing retail service, Victoria EC offers several other services to its members.
Our Member Services department can provide information to members regarding energy conservation in addition to offering advice on loads and usage, both for residential and commercial accounts. Contact Member Services for details.
To protect sensitive electronic equipment, such as computers and appliances, from electrical surges caused by some anomaly, such as lightning, the Co-Op offers economical surge protection equipment in scalable packages. VEC also offers automated meter reading for those who want the convenience of that service. Call the office at (361) 573-2428 for more information.
All members of the Cooperative receive by mail each month the current issue of Texas Co-Op Power magazine, which contains additional specific information about Victoria EC along with other informative articles.
