Welcome to the CSSA web site. If you are a first time visitor, I invite you to take a tour and see what CSSA has to offer.
CSSA was established in 1984, and has been growing in paid-membership every year, thanks to your continued support. Through the participation of many volunteers, CSSA has been able to either sponsor or participate in many cultural and social activities each year. We welcome new members with open arms, and hope you can become a part of the multi-cultural fabric San Antonio’s vibrant Chinese community.
Our membership dues are very modest, and the money goes primarily toward subsidizing the costs of producing a very sought after directory and various fun events. Please visit our Home Page and Newsletter Sections to obtain information on recent and planned events. Please also check out our Photo Gallery while you are visiting.
By working with our current officers and the advisory group, we are hoping to bring our members some new and exciting activities in 2005. It is also our goal to bring CSSA to a new level of community involvement in the years ahead.
I am honored to serve as the 2005 President. As with all successful organizations, we need fresh ideas and input from our current and prospective members. Please do not hesitate to contact either myself or President-elect Chu-li Shelton with your input or guidance.
