The Arts Coalition (ARTCO) was formed by a core of individuals who are dedicated to the positive growth and development of the arts in our society. They feel very strongly that the arts are a critical element in a well balanced community. They created the organization to support all the arts, as well as individual artists. Without the constant struggle of the individual painter, actor, musician, there would be no art.
ARTCO has chosen to fill an important void in San Antonio: equitable representation of the arts on the internet and with computer technology. This web page represents a vital first step by ARTCO in its efforts to increase the visibility of the arts to the citizens of San Antonio. It also serves as the electronic arts welcome wagon to those who visit San Antonio from all over the world.
ARTCO's single message is: support the arts by going to a concert, buying art from a local artist, attending a theatre event...your life will be enriched.
