Clark's Gringo Foods Inc., is a true Cinderella type story that comes from the most humble beginnings. We are located in San Angelo, Texas and sell our products all over the country. Currently, we have a Salsa Mix made from all natural ingredients available in hot or mild. One packet yields one quart ready to eat. An institutional sized packet of salsa will make approximately one gallon, which is excellent for serving crowds or for use in restaurants.
We also have Clark's Gringo Chili Mix which makes a "Texas Sized" pot of chili! Clark's Gringo Chili Mix is combined with 3lbs. of lean meat, and 2 8oz. cans of tomatoe sauce, yields 6 large servings.
