Stephen Blakesley, Futurist and Entrepreneur, graduated form the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He later acquired Masters of Science degrees in Management and Financial Services from the prestigious American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He holds special Professional designations: CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant).
Stephen devoted twenty-seven years to the founding and growing of a Multiline Insurance Agency in Houston, Texas. As one of the largest Multiline agencies in Houston with over $100,000,000 in annual premium and over seventy-five detached agencies, he was an industry leader, author, radio talk-show host, and speaker.
Following the sale of his agency, Stephen founded the Flagship Group, Inc., a financial planning firm and Management Systems Inc. a management consulting firm. Stephen is a consummate visionary, leader, author, and speaker on a broad spectrum of business and financial issues. His latest book HOW TO HIRE THE RIGHT PERSON THE FIRST TIME; EVERYTIME is a modern day classic on hiring and directing talented people. His mission is to Stimulate, Educate, and Motivate business men and women to seek higher standards and better lives.
Stephen lives in Houston, Texas with his wife, Lillian. He is a Bible teacher and Grandfather of twenty Grandchildren.
