Rancho de la Chuparrosa is owned and operated by the Bowman family.
Robin is the main farmer and caretaker of the ranch. She handles the day to day operations, marketing, animal care, dreams up future products and projects, and then tries her darndest to get them all done.
Peter is the master builder, general all around trouble shooter and plumber. He is also our amazing networker and marketer. He has been known to get brick walls to talk to him. Scary, huh?
Luke is the avid reader of all agriculture books and periodicals. He is the source of advice on everything from poultry raising to organic vegetable raising. He also packs a mean hammer and has been seen on top of the roof when need be.
Lea is the artist-on-call. She designs and tests recipes and creates wonderful dishes our friends love to try. She also can be often seen flexing her strong muscles on the general farm tasks.
Mary McKinley (Grandma) is found doing lots of everything from swinging a hammer to sawing lumber. She usually works circles around us whippersnappers. She is the driving force behind prickly pear (tuna) jelly, and agarita jelly is her favorite! She is also the one who spoils the dogs and cats with extra treats.
