Established in 1974, our firm is comprised of a primarily Legal and Accounting practice and is based in Houston, Texas. We are a small team of five persons. The firm started as a sole CPA practitioner and later expanded to legal Practice in 1992. We believe in strong commitment and service.
John Green has a PHD in accounting with an Income-Taxation-Estate Taxation specialization. He was an Income Tax Professor for over 30 years and a business law professor for 10 years before retiring from Academia. In the past 25 years John has been jointly practicing as a Tax Practitioner and professorship and the last 10 years as a Business Law professor and legal Practitioner.
The firm specializes in areas of the law where Accounting and Income tax knowledge is invaluable such as Bankruptcy, Family Law, Estate and Gift-Probate, all types of Taxation issues (for more information on individual practice, please visit our practice areas). John Green has also been a real Estate Broker for over 20 years. That being, the firm also offers Estate related services. The firm has developed a substantial Criminal Law Practice over the past 10 Years and represnt clients in Criminal Tax as well as other White Collar and Non-White Collar crimes. Having acquired a wealth of knowledge, the firm is now expanding to Admiralty.
