1) We bill according to your anniversary or “starting” date – in other words, we will start billing you on the date of the month you signed up.
2) Set-up or activation fees are not refundable.
3) For credit card paying customers, we will charge on the Anniversary date and send you the receipts via email.
4) Your default billing email address is at the bottom of your first invoice. We communicate important company, billing and service related information to you through that email address.
5) You can use our web-based email interface, http://webmail.wt.net, to check email or you can setup a POP email client such as Outlook Express or Netscape.
6) We are strongly against spam and spammers. We offer Spam Mail Filtering services feel free to use it. You can find it at http://spam.wt.net.
